Norm the Accountant and his Fax Machine

Norm is an accountant.

Norm has always liked electronic gadgets.

Norm is always looking for ways to make his professional practice more effective, efficient, productive and profitable.

A while back Norm was explaining to me how his fax machine was enabling him to make his time so much more efficient.

It seems that Norm figured that he could save time by faxing his invoices to his clients, thus saving the time that the post office took to deliver the mail and thus speeding up his cash flow since the clients would then be paying the invoices more promptly.

So Norm went ahead and faxed an invoice to one of his best clients.

And guess what ?? It worked.

Within 5 minutes the client faxed back a check.
